More than Rubies vision and purpose!

The Lord has given me an idea. He has revised this idea many times the past few months. It started out as a way to bless the local missionaries with clothes and household items at no cost. Then he showed me a storefront. Finally, as of this date, I have connected with several ladies, missionaries and supporters of missionaries, that have items to sell, but nowhere to sell them. If they sold their goods, it would assist them in staying in the mission field and/or sewing money into missions. And finally, he told me the name “More than Rubies”. I believe the store has three purposes as of this time:

Purpose one: To connect with the local community through personal interaction, tracks, prayer, encouragement at a storefront location.

Purpose two: To create income for missionaries to stay in the mission field.

Purpose three: To offer reasonably priced merchandise to the community through quality second hand clothing and house hold items.

I believe the store is to be a place of blessing for the community and a way to get the gospel preached in our community. I am looking for an organization to come under at this time.

What I am looking for is help in managing the business side of the store, a 501C3 to accept the donations, and just plain spiritual support! I think it needs to have a board of directors possibly, to make decisions on hours, budget, etc.

On the money side, I feel I am to raise the budget for the monthly bills and start up costs through fundraising. I believe I am to manage the store and have ideas of how to staff the store along with several ladies that would like to offer their time already!
